Founders Classical Academy of Carrollton AFTER SCHOOL CARE PROGRAM for K-8th

Thank you for your interest in Founders Classical Academy Carrollton's after school care program, our program is now at capacity.
 
If you are interested in adding your student to the waiting list, below is the link to the ASC enrollment form.  Please fill this form in its entirety and submit it as soon as possible.
 
 
Guardians submitting an interest for their student will be placed on the waiting list.  You will be notified as soon as possible if and when your student moves up on the list.
 
 
  • Registration Fee
    • A $20 non-refundable registration fee per student is required in cash to reserve a seat.
    • Each student must register every year; students are not transferred from year to year.
  • Tuition Payments
    • All tuition payments are due on the 1st day of the month beginning with September, and must be paid online through the Skyward Payment Center; no cash, checks, money orders, or cashier’s checks will be accepted for tuition. The month of August is free.
    • If the tuition payment is not received by the 10th day of the month, a $20 late fee will be assigned through the Skyward Payment Center on the 11th of the month.
    • If tuition has not been paid in full by the last day of the month, along with the late fee, your student will not be allowed to attend beginning with the first day of the following month until all fees are paid, and may be dropped from the program.
    • If a student is dropped from the program and then needs to re-enroll, the $20 registration fee will be charged again and is required in cash upon re-enrollment.
    • Attendance on any day during a month requires full monthly payment.
    • All months will be charged the same rate, regardless of the number of days within the month. There is no pro-rated fee schedule for early release days, missed school days, or any other circumstances related to attendance.
    • Students who are picked up after 6:00pm will be charged a late fee of $2.00 per minute.
    • Students who are picked up after 6:00pm a total of 3 times will be removed from the ASC program.
    • Students are expected to follow all guidelines outlined in the Parent/Student Handbook.
  • Full-time Tuition
    • $230.00 per month for the first student
    • $180.00 per month for any additional student in the same family.
  • Part-time Tuition
    • $140 per month, per student. There are two options for part-time attendance, and you must choose ONE:
      • Students may attend every day and be picked up by 4:45 p.m.
      • Students may attend 3 days per week and be picked up by 6:00 p.m.
  • Late Fees
    • After School Care is over promptly at 6:00 p.m. If you are late picking up your student(s), you will be charged $2.00 PER MINUTE, PER CHILD (based upon our computer clock). This fee must be paid upon pick up in cash. If this becomes a consistent issue, your child may be removed from FCA Carrollton’s After School Care Program.
 
  • All children in the program must be Founders Classical Academy of Carrollton students.
  • Please be sure to send a snack with your child; snacks will NOT be provided during After School Care.
  • Remember, there is NO After School Care on early release days, so please plan accordingly.
